The Bull Inn is currently closed.
Until its closure, the Bull Inn was at the heart of the village community – and was a popular destination for local people and for visitors to the village – for walking, cycling and shooting and fishing. The Bull was also a popular place to stay in the comfortable rooms which were rented privately and through Mr and Mrs Smith – the online site for boutique hotels for romantic breaks.
The owner is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic couple to take on The Bull and re-open it as a pub with rooms, catering for both the local community and as a destination for visitors to the village. It has no brewery ties. The pub and kitchen have recently been refurbished and the premises are now ready for business again.
As with all pubs these days a successful food offer will be central to the success of the business and applicants should be experienced at running a high quality food-focused establishment as well as maintaining a high standard of accommodation.
The ideal new team would be an experienced, professional couple with good knowledge of the mechanics of running a successful pub – including current legislation and regulation.
